The text of the message is as follows:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

ذلِکَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ یُؤْتیهِ مَنْ یَشاءُ وَ اللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظیمِ (سوره جمعه  آیه 4)

We thank God Almighty for this blessing and we assume for ourselves and all members of the International Foundation of Ashura Martyrs the worthy appointment of His Highness as the representative of the Supreme Leader in the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution who traveled from the precious relics of the old to meet the needs of the deprived class.
